A huge thank you to all of the incredible staff here at this location. After speaking with Carmine he assured me that I would be in good hands here, and he was right! Anita is a rockstar of an accountant. So patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained to me what information I need to keep track of for next year, and did so in a very kind, understanding way. Do not go here they make appointments and don't honor them. Last Saturday( 7 days ago) I booked an appointment for my wife and I. When I showed up for they said they had no record of it. He basically said I was sol. His attitude was very unprofessional, his so called apology empty making me feel like he didn't believe me. I suggest to anyone, save your money( it's been climbing alot) and do your own. Liberty tax you have lost 2 customers forever.
