I live close by liberty tax, read the reviews, and called a few places. I called Liberty Tax and spoke to Victor, who explained everything to me as I have basic filing. I would not trust turbo tax anymore due to their changes. I met Victor and William today. What a pleasure! The nicest, kindest people you could ever meet.
