I had to rewrite my review because Diana Navarrete took care of as usual except for that one time which made me get frustrated like I said it before she’s always been on top of her game and I am now getting the help I needed from her. Thank you Diana and Liberty Tax
The amount of times I called to speak to Diana Navarrete is insane! They put me on hold then clearly you could tell they hung up on me. I sent all my forms for my taxes through email thinking she was working on my taxes and nothing! This place is a waste of time!
