Haven’t returned emails or phone calls since November. I booked an appointment and nobody showed up. They closed up shop with all my person docs and receipts that the government requested for verification of previous years taxes now the government wants me to pay a large sum of money and I have no way of getting them the receipts and documents to prove I shouldn’t owe anything because Liberty Tax has them all! Sorry everyone. The staff of Liberty Tax Sherwood Park quit in January for reasons I'm not able to disclose here. The staff at the UPS Store also left. I understand that this location has since closed it's doors. Don't know why the phones are still working and people are still able to book appointments.

I have been a loyal customer of Liberty Tax Sherwood Park for several years now. However, I must express my disappointment in their recent lack of responsiveness. Despite reaching out via multiple emails and voicemails, I have not received any form of communication back from them. Additionally, it has been frustrating that they do not answer the phone during their stated business hours. I hope they can address these issues promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of their customers.
