I’ve done my taxes here for at least 4 years, they over charged me and I find them useless and incompetent. I do not recommend to do your taxes here.
Absolutely awful experience from Grace. I recommend any other tax firm. I wanted to complete a simple amendment to include meals I am entitled to for long journeys. Not a difficult task but made impossible with this firm. I was told I was unable to understand. I was informed my calculations were incorrect when they were correct. I was a client of Grace Huang at Liberty Tax for several years. Despite noticing a number of red flags along the way, I continued using her services — until a nightmare with the CRA finally forced me to walk away for good.
