I was a client of Grace Huang at Liberty Tax for several years. I've used Grace for 5 years. I find her services satisfactory.
Much too expensive for a general, easy tax return with only one or two T4’s in total. They should only charge 80.00 for a simple tax return, however, It is much more than that.
I don’t know how on earth these guys learned filling tax.
Very unprofessional. This place accepted work to complete my corporate taxes, had me transfer all important documents and authorization to them only for them to ignore multiple emails over the course of weeks and then claim they had no time to finish the filing during the month of April. I had sent 7 emails looking for a status update over the course of 2 1/2 weeks and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond, let alone tell me they were too busy to complete.
