I'm surprised at how bad the service is this year. First, I set an appointment up online. Assuming that the company's own online scheduling tool would not allow me to schedule an appointment outside business hours, I set it up for 5:30. When I showed up at my scheduled time, the girl at the desk looked at my like I was an idiot and informed me that they were closed. So, I rescheduled.
