The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick, efficient and patient with me as I gathered all of my documents. They made the process run smooth, communicated important information, ensuring that I declare as much as possible that benefits me. I needed to add some medical receipts and they were happy to make those changes with just a call and email Docusign after I had left. Thank you, I appreciate it very much! It shows you truly care.

Cindy Jeffery and Evan are amazing and extremely knowledgeable! Helped me understand the importance of maximizing all my tax credits and even helped me get a refund (yay)!!! Was so happy when I left I was singing Fleetwood Mac out loud down the street. Highly recommend!
