The Innisfil branch has proven to be full of extremely under qualified individuals. I let them prepare my taxes which led me into a nasty audit situation. When it came time to prove my claim it became all to apparent that even the owner, Anne, did not know the rules and would be willing to take your money and lead you astray all the same. The worst part, they would even honor their policy against any interest and penalties accrued against error in a return which they prepared.
