Rude staff. Doesn't matter if you book an appointment or not. Don't even acknowledge a client when they walk in. Don't waste your time.
Marie has assisted me and my family with filing our taxes, she is knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. We are very grateful of her friendly accommodating us and her professianalism.
Had a few good tax years here, however last year they lost my payment and it took 2 months for my damn return. And this year the lady gave incorrect information and hung up on me. Going else where for now on.
