Do not use this company I will not be using it again I've done what they asked they made the mistake they put the wrong income in on my T4 at a year later they do a reassessment because they entered it wrong now they want an additional $400 and they have a guarantee if we make a mistake we'll pay the difference that's a big lie. I pulled my original T4 it's exactly what's showing on the reassessment that's the T4 I gave them. Rude staff. Doesn't matter if you book an appointment or not. Don't even acknowledge a client when they walk in. Don't waste your time.
