Marie has assisted me and my family with filing our taxes, she is knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. We are very grateful of her friendly accommodating us and her professianalism.
Had a few good tax years here, however last year they lost my payment and it took 2 months for my damn return. And this year the lady gave incorrect information and hung up on me. Going else where for now on.
Don’t bother making an appointment. Only one employee and goes by first come first serve. Long wait!!! Ended up not being able to file taxes and was not able to answer any of my inquiries. She mentioned that they are not accountants. All my private information could be overheard by the people in the waiting room.
