One lady there, and she isn’t very informative on her job as a tax consultant. Lots of shrugs and I don’t knows from her along with zero relevant guidance. Filed my taxes with her and she submitted the wrong year, took my other couple years somewhere else. Better off doing them on your own! Also her desk is right in the open and everyone waiting can hear all of your personal information.
Terrible experience they will mess up your taxes and claim they have a garantee to pay any diff that a big lie. I even bring in proof of the original they stapled together with my t4a to show them nope you had the right documents and still used the previous year accidently then try claiming the client saying I wanted to use it why would I want that I have my t4a right here . Now 450 is owing and there response is call head office and they never get back to you either do not use this place
Do not use this company I will not be using it again I've done what they asked they made the mistake they put the wrong income in on my T4 at a year later they do a reassessment because they entered it wrong now they want an additional $400 and they have a guarantee if we make a mistake we'll pay the difference that's a big lie. I pulled my original T4 it's exactly what's showing on the reassessment that's the T4 I gave them.
