EDIT FOR 2025 tax season: I want to thank Joel for turning my experience with this office around. The honesty and diligence does not go unnoticed. After filing with him I will gladly return as he’s done great work at turning the customer service around ! I’ve filed here every year and for some reason this year I was told only the manager will do the Efiling , but three days after I’ve paid and done the taxes with a rep.
