Customer service was great very helpful
I’ve filed here every year and for some reason this year I was told only the manager will do the Efiling , but three days after I’ve paid and done the taxes with a rep. When I called asking why things aren’t efiled yet I’m told I have to wait for the manager to do it. I’ve already paid in full and my taxes have not been efiled. I’m very very upset and will not be filing here ever again after 8 years. Editing to add that the customer service in dealing with this issue was very very poor.
