If I could give this location 0 stars it still wouldn't fully describe the negative experience I recently had. I WILL NEVER USE LIBERTY TAX again. The Franchise owner of this location, took my money ($180), refused to file my returns and made every excuse and delay to return my money. It wasn't until I emailed the HEAD OFFICE of Liberty tax and let them know what he did and how he treated me through what should have been a very easy and simple tax return preparation. Went to drop off my & my husbands 2025 tax information and was concerned that our normal tax persons were no longer with the company. I soon discovered that there was no reason for concern. Rasik was personable and almost instantly had my return completed. Then he did my husbands tax return quickly and efficiently.
