When did you get our taxes done. Was told that the printer was down to get refunded. Told to come back Monday for it. Called in to get updated and got a runaround about no information. Went in today a left with the paperwork instead. Bad service from them.
I can't begin to explain how mad I am. Filed my taxes on the weekend and their printer isnt working. OK, fine. I came back when they said, still not working. Called yesterday, they say today it will be working. Call today, nope still not working. Ask if another branch can print it and the response was "I don't know". How can you operate a business like this. Seriously unprofessional and do not recommend this place.
There cuspmter servuce is just"Amazing " 2 years ago came here to do my taxes they charged me $75 per year vs the 100 it was then , i called today to ask just incase prices went up right... now the guy on the line litterly said "Have you been here before" me yes him" So then you dont need to ask"
I will never ust this tax place again went in to do taxes said about half hour spent two hours waiting for them to fix the printer that is still down and they have nocustomer service skills was told all be ready in five minutes and still five hours later I'm waiting for them to figure out how to fix their equipment never never again I usually do my own taxes but had trouble with my lap top so decided to pay the 45 dollar fee for them to do it what a waste of time and money
