Shockingly terrible, almost tastefully
Absolutely the worst experience. I’ve been calling and sending emails for over a month just to get my T4, and I’ve received no response. Now they’ve even stopped answering my calls. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable — I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to trust them with accounting responsibilities. Completely unreliable and frustrating to deal with. Avoid if you value your time and peace of mind.
