Appointments through the website don’t get through to the employees. Both times I made an appointment online, I showed up and they weren’t open.Google says they’re open but there’s no one there. The first time she wound up opening the door eventually and claiming she didn’t see the appointment. She was great and the experience was easy and inexpensive, but the way tax companies off season can’t be relied upon to have any sort of regular business hours or honour their appointments is incredibly frustrating.
First time experience and it was quick, painless, and professional.
