Amani is very very good. she would submit the taxes for you and follow up with the CRA for any questions they have. that's being said they normally charge more than the rest but now i'm fine with it
Agreed to do my taxes here but for some reason they asked to pay double what we agreed on. Very strange behaviour. Maybe get it in writing so you can reference to in case of dramatic change of bill amount
Booked an appointment for 4:30 today and arrived a bit early but upon arrival the doors were locked and lights off with a sticky note on the door with 2 phone numbers saying give us a call. I figured they were on break and would be back in time for my 4:30 booking, store hours said open until 6:00pm. I called the numbers multiple times and no one answered either of them.
