After so many years of preparing my taxes myself I finally caved in and had a professional do it. I was immediately impressed by their customer service and professionalism. They communicated the whole way and made me feel in good hands. They have earned a loyal customer for years to come. Ask for Lily, she was great!!
The person I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience.
I scheduled an appointment with Liberty Tax and Annette was running about an hour behind. We started with someone else to provide preliminary documents and then worked with her. We paid extra for an in person appointment; however because they were running behind, my husband and I had to leave and pick up our children and we had forgotten one document.
