I have used Liberty Tax for years and what a wonderful experience. I am greeted by a professional office manager Ivy. Then I meet with Annette Snyder who is intelligent and fun to work with. She offers me advice to lower my payments each year. She is exceptional!!!
Sasha is the best. She has helped me with my taxes for several years now and I always request her.
Their online appointment system doesn't work and they don't answer the phone or return calls after leaving voicemail. This location is either closed or it's a dysfunctional highly unprofessional office. Will seek an alternative instead, no one wants a non-communicative accountant.
Very pleased with the service. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. Annette did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. This gives me great peace of mind. Thank you so much.
