Way overpriced 2023 me my wife T4 and my daughter no income over 230$. That ridiculous
Disgusting service. They lie about their service and saying they can't help their clients.
Bad customer service. Was disappointed with the after tax work treatment. The first email I sent them they responded well but the second time I asked a question and the rep just assumed I was asking the same question and rudely advised they already replied. Not even an apology after I explained it's a different question, and no reply at all 😒 never again for me that's for sure
Have been getting my taxes done here for a few years and the team are always so friendly and efficient.
Showed up for my appointment and no one was there and they didn’t even know I had booked any appointment. Very disappointed, I got off early to get to my appointment and there was no one there.
