To start off. The representative was completely wrong in telling me I had to make an appointment before showing up. When even on their website it said they were open and accepted people walking in on Fridays from 2:00 to 5:00 . Then he wasn't even able to spell my name properly and kept inputting information incorrectly to the point he didn't know how to access my account. Then they just stated they weren't able to help me.
