Inconsistent service depending on who you work with. I will not work with this location again due to the inconsistency and they way I felt today after interacting with a team member at Libery Tax. Made me feel like a burden for coming in to complete my taxes after I didn't feel comfortable via email as he spelt my name wrong, he accosted me about why I was there and now he had to print when he didn't know I was coming in person (so? I helped a friend who just finalized her separation from a very controlling partner. She was afraid and with limited English skills she was worried. We stopped in to the office made an appointment for layer the same day. When we returned everyone was very friendly, and the service was given quickly.
