I had a confirmed appointment but the local office said they have no control over appointments booked online by corporate and they have no access to files sent via Email so I have to bring my papers to do taxes. They are short staffed/overwhelmed.
Claire is awesome! My first time filing taxes from a remote community. Claire was very friendly and patient with me even though I had a million questions and I could tell she was very busy. 100% will file here again! Thanks for the great service.
Called their number, was immediately out 'on hold' for five minutes, though they merely put down the receiver so I could hear them talking the whole time. Finally they needed the phone line so I heard someone say to get rid of me. They asked me to call back later and hung up on me. I will not be calling back later.
