Lisa makes taxes a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and down to Earth. She made suggestions that benefited our return and increased the amount we were entitled too. What more can you ask for in a representative. Thank you again Lisa!
Hired them last year for what I thought was expertise in obtaining a refund for out-of-country medical expenses for stepdaughter. Was told that the refund was not obtainable in our circumstances. Paid dearly for the preparation of the returns. This year, stepdaughter did her own research and found out that indeed she and my wife were entitled to a return, using a different form. Recovered thousands of dollars that Liberty said we couldn't get. Won't use them again.
