Linda always making mistakes with taxes. She's not capable of doing her job.
Came here with a friend who is a newcomer to Canada. From the start, the staff were visibly impatient and raising their voice while he was trying to explain his situation. When I stepped in to address the disrespectful treatment, instead of acknowledging it, they got defensive — making excuses and playing victim rather than taking any accountability.
