Yan Yan was amazing, professional and personable. I'm basically a new contractor and it's been an adjustment trying to figure out my taxes. The last two places were sub par. I paid almost half to have her to do my taxes. BONUS. She called me into her office to go over my taxes, which no one as over done before. She was fantastic. I will continue to see her every year until I die. I've recommend her to my parents and I will recommend her to anyone else as well.
Abaolute harassment from this agency we paid what we needed Linda leave us alone I will not be using your service again breach of confidentiality talking to our family we have 0 cra debt which I can prove charged us 600$ and harassed us for more
Only place I take my taxes to. Always have a nice atmosphere and never a super long wait time without an appointment. Ladies are friendly as long as you are respectful, I have never had a problem. Great services everywhere else I have tried to go messes things up and then I end up bringing it here and they always fix them. No matter what the problem was. Five stars.
