I have used a different locstion foe years and i movee to a new area ao i tried this location and if I could leave ZERO stars I would...rude staff just screamed at Mr on the phone for asking a question. The receptionist was the only nice lady there, very friendly... Otto the old man who I assume is either the owner or something came out and belittled me aswell. It was my first time doing taxes at this office once tax season started, so I was fairly new to everything but the people who run the place were very helpful and friendly. I was particularly pleased to have worked with the lady at the first desk who got me set up and helped with the filing process. She was very thorough, showed me everything I needed to know, and in no time I was already done and on my way out. Filing taxes has never been better. Been going there couple years now always really good and fast
Was super unimpressed with this location. Twice now. I wouldn’t bother going here
This is my third year using this location, the first time I knew nothing about taxes so it was just stressful in general but things seemed to go smoothly. However last year and this year I'm a little disappointed. Last year they almost got me to sign for my taxes without including some of my information. I had to look over it and tell them what they missed, they claimed they never got said document but I showed them the email that they must have got because they had all my other information from the email.
