Just figured youd like to know, the staff there told me to try H and R block.
Went to get my previous years taxes filed. The lady behind the counter went to get papers to fill out as i was a first time customer. She then asked if i was doing this years aswell. I said no ill be doing that on turbotax myself. Then magically they weren’t accepting new clients and i’ll have to do them all on turbo. Very rude. Would never go back.
I have used a different locstion foe years and i movee to a new area ao i tried this location and if I could leave ZERO stars I would...rude staff just screamed at Mr on the phone for asking a question. The receptionist was the only nice lady there, very friendly... Otto the old man who I assume is either the owner or something came out and belittled me aswell. It was my first time doing taxes at this office once tax season started, so I was fairly new to everything but the people who run the place were very helpful and friendly. I was particularly pleased to have worked with the lady at the first desk who got me set up and helped with the filing process. She was very thorough, showed me everything I needed to know, and in no time I was already done and on my way out. Filing taxes has never been better.
