This location service quality keeps failing. Lacking in polite manner. Professional advice was expected but accusatory comnents and rude attitude. No longer provide the same service that calculating tax while discuss with client.... isolation practice from covid time has been kept for their own convenience. It is no longer good ole community tax service office.
Just figured youd like to know, the staff there told me to try H and R block.
Went to get my previous years taxes filed. The lady behind the counter went to get papers to fill out as i was a first time customer. She then asked if i was doing this years aswell. I said no ill be doing that on turbotax myself. Then magically they weren’t accepting new clients and i’ll have to do them all on turbo. Very rude. Would never go back.
I have used a different locstion foe years and i movee to a new area ao i tried this location and if I could leave ZERO stars I would...rude staff just screamed at Mr on the phone for asking a question. The receptionist was the only nice lady there, very friendly... Otto the old man who I assume is either the owner or something came out and belittled me aswell.
