Worst experience
Medicine Hat office is horrible. They make you wait and say they will have the taxes done and delay delay. They don't return phone calls. Extremely bad business. You need to hire professional people that have work ethics.
Brought in my T4, and receipts for work boots and gloves. Didn't have a T-2200 form for meal allowances, partial cell phone coverage for work. Was treated horribly, sworn at and berated by the manager there when I returned and asked for my money back and to have the return canceled after they told me I couldn't claim any of the receipts I brought in. Completely unprofessional business. Please avoid at all costs.
