Booked an appointment was met with no knowledge of it and treated as a walk in, not actually seeing an accountant.
Was told the bill was going to be around $150 and when it came time to pay it was WAY more than originally discussed. They were dishonest and not transparent with information. Go to H&R block across the street or find somewhere else.
Quoted me $150 ended up having to use my kids college fund to pay the bill I was hit with.
