Had an intake call with Edna. All was well until she asked me how I did my bookkeeping. She jumped on the accusation of low quality work, until I made her aware that my bookkeepers are highly sought after and the best at what they do. They also do not have the manners to leave a voicemail when they call you so you end up chasing them. They also ask very intrusive questions like why you no longer want to use your previous accountant. Why is that any of your business? Avoid. Would give zero stars if i could.

Service was amazing. I will highly recommend them. Super friendly and efficient.
I was told that I was going to get a certain amount back from my tax return which was not accurate at all at a time when I really really needed the money because I had cancer. I was told I was gonna get the retroactive carbon rebates back but that was not true at all. Very very disappointed. I would have appreciated accurate service.
