Old lady was too busy eating her sandwich that she entered wrong information in the tax return. She didn't like us being there anyway even though we gave her business.

I was behind years. Owed the goverment money. Liberty sat me down, sorted it all out at very fair pricing. They helped me after I procrastinated, they had my back every step of the way. Fast email responses times. Allways helpful when I called. It's small office, but they have big heart. ♥️ I'm not sure why some people are hating so much. I've been to h and r block before. It's was painful just getting in to talk to someone or get a phone call back. Whenever I asked to see them here they made time immediately. Responded to e... read more

I am very pleased with the service I received from Daisy today, at Liberty Tax. She has such a bubbly, friendly personality that made me feel at ease from the start. Then, I was also relieved to know that she understood how to actually enter my financial details, with no hesitation at all! She was attentive to details, accurate and yet appropriately quick to process. I am so glad I changed over to Liberty. It was a huge benefit to do so. Thank you, Daisy!
