Im still waiting for my taxes to be done today when I dropped off my t4 April 2nd and still haven't gotten a phone call or email when I'm pretty sure I wrote my email right. The person at the front didn't email me so I call there. Just to get attitude over the phone and then a call back saying my taxes are done and have been file. I been check my CRA account cause it shows up when it done. Still nothing shown on my cra account I told them I live in a remote area and can't leave until the ice melted. When I first called to ask about the estimated processing time, I was told it would take about 1.5 weeks. At the time of drop-off, the manager suggested submitting an additional (optional) document and said it would help if we brought it in ASAP — but also assured us that a note had been made and the team would handle everything. We submitted the extra document three business days later.
