Worst experience totally unprofessional always knew workers that don't know what they are talking about i was told that I had all the right documents the day before the worker i got the day of my appointment tells me I should bring all right documents and that I should just learn to do my own taxes well then if people start doing there own taxes these people wouldn't have a job! very professional, and the gal who has worked with me twice now, really knows her stuff!
Oh Sam! What a delight! She's so thorough and pleasant at that. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of what was going on but her summation at the end my appointment (would have been less than 20min if I hadn't enjoyed chatting with the staff so much) really hammered home how important contributions throughout the year add up at tax time. Cannot recommend highly enough. I'm looking forward to doing my taxes again next year. Can't wait! Thanks again!!!
