Lost my tax return information.....twice.....does not return multiple emails. What was initially a positive experience became pretty disappointing. Dave is a nice guy, but when you call the main line for help, explain that your taxes have been lost twice and are told that "he doesn't even get back to me" and to maybe try another email...... it doesn't leave you feeling confident as a customer.

I was assisted by Liberty Tax office located in Milton, ON Canada in 2019 and in 2023. In 2019 I filed my taxes as a Canadian resident, simple filing with no problems. However I moved to the US and in 2023 I had to file my taxes as a non-resident. Liberty Tax advisors confirmed they had knowledge to help me with my filings. Turns out that there was a discrepancy of $3,000 between Liberty Tax and CRA assessment. Beware of getting your taxes done here or any other business!!, if they make a mistake they will not honor it ZERO BUSINESS INTEGRITY, they will ghost you, avoid you, pass you on to different people they will glady take your money tho!!
I had my family’s taxes filed by David and his team. The whole procedure was seamless and easy. The team is very kind and lighthearted, I felt at home. I will definitely recommend and be using their services again.
