I was assisted by Liberty Tax office located in Milton, ON Canada in 2019 and in 2023. In 2019 I filed my taxes as a Canadian resident, simple filing with no problems. However I moved to the US and in 2023 I had to file my taxes as a non-resident. Liberty Tax advisors confirmed they had knowledge to help me with my filings. Turns out that there was a discrepancy of $3,000 between Liberty Tax and CRA assessment. Beware of getting your taxes done here or any other business!!, if they make a mistake they will not honor it ZERO BUSINESS INTEGRITY, they will ghost you, avoid you, pass you on to different people they will glady take your money tho!!
