A very bad experience. I was served by PAX, who didn't know how to do his job. I spent three hours there because, according to him, since I had two SIN number, the system wasn't updating the information. However, after those three hours, his colleague resolved the problem in five minutes. On top of that, he charged my spouse and me $276 for this wasted time, even though our tax refund was only $1,000. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know.
My Senior Tax Consultant is Lidiya Prashanth. It is my second year with her handling two other family members personal tax returns. I simply handed her the relevant tax documents in an organized manner and she prepares the returns, explains and clears up any problems and e-files. She is easy to communicate with and is always available throughout the year which is very comforting.
I will return next year, helpful staff but lost a star because they are understaffed
