They'll leave you high and dry once you actually need them to represent you to the cra. You are better off going to someone else. I also echo everyone else's complaints about them being rude and ignorant.
Receptionist was rude as all hell on the phone.... snarky attitude when asked questions. Probably going to a different location next year.
Go somewhere else
I have been going to liberty on Henderson for many years they are great welcoming people and very informative.
I went in with one t4 and nothing else to claim and got charge 121 to do my taxes. Next year I go to h and r block cause it's only 20 to get the same thing done.
