The old lady Thats at the front door was extremely rude and had an attitude right from the start and responded saying “what” rather than “how can I help you” or something along the lines. Horrible at customer service
They'll leave you high and dry once you actually need them to represent you to the cra. You are better off going to someone else. I also echo everyone else's complaints about them being rude and ignorant.
Receptionist was rude as all hell on the phone.... snarky attitude when asked questions. Probably going to a different location next year.
Go somewhere else
I have been going to liberty on Henderson for many years they are great welcoming people and very informative.
