I called liberty tax in Santa Rosa because the liberty tax that I generally go to was too busy to handle my return this year. Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure that my taxes were done correctly and efficiently, but they also helped me with my automatic payments. I highly recommend Liberty tax in Santa Rosa. Ruby did my taxes and she was amazing.
I called for a tax question and the lady who answered the phone was very rude had attitude sucking her teeth because I was unaware about how tax refund ? worked She was very unpleasant to my question so who ever answered the phone on 3-28-2024 5p.m. shake off your unpleasant manners and you should speak like a nice young lady not some old mean dirty hag!!!! Won't be returning to them for my tax!!!! gotta find someone new now I'm ashamed to have used them in the past!!!!
