Came here to have my 2020 taxes done as I was very confused because of everything that occurred with covid. Had to file for two states as I moved to Florida during 2020. Just got an audit from the state I moved from claiming I didn't pay enough and was sent a bill. Our experience with Liberty Tax has got worse progressively over the last 3 years. We have been using them for 5, and the first 2 years were great, sadly it went down hill from there. Year three our rebate came back $3k less than the year before, even though our earnings and circumstances had remained the same. We obviously questioned the difference, and Gary magically managed to re look at it and it was adjusted to be close to the previous year (leading me to believe it had been rushed).
