The first time I used them they were awesome but now their never open and you can't get ahold of anyone to find out if they are actually shut down. Even if you get ahold of corporate office they say you hace to get about of the franchise owner but there's now way to get ahold of anyone. No good when you are holding people's taxes .
My wife wasn’t able to do her taxes because she has been very sick in and out of the hospital. She hasn’t been well for over five years now. She paid them in advance to do her taxes $130.00 per year. They gave her one cheque and ghosted her. She tried calling Revenue Canada and she doesn’t know the answers to the security questions. Horrible service we feel taken advantage of and she can’t even get the extra benefits for our son!

They cashed my cheque without letting me know and are not giving me my money. They are also charging me 33% of my return. If they ever give it to me. Total scam. They are never open either.
