I recently visited this location for assistance with filing a T1-ADJ form as I needed to make some adjustments to my already-filed tax return. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a tax service. Upon arrival, I was directed to a helpful lady who seemed willing to assist with my adjustment request. Really bad service EDIT - LOL just like all your other reviews keep making excuses. He sent me the authorization yesterday with my middle name as my first name and I told him to change it - he wouldnt respond- I waited a day - after I told him ill take my business somewhere else, he was like you can call. Just do your job better bro, instead of making dumb excuses here.
