Dealing with Debbie was useless . She talks down to you and shrieks st you and can't give you advice or guidance for any problems you may have with your taxes
I had a mixed experience. First, they charge a nominal fee for filling returns which is a really good thing. Second, they first told me that I won't have to pay taxes on the phone but in the end I actually had too, not much though. It would be great if they are more transparent in the process.

Update - April 2023. Debbie continues to be incredible. So happy to stay with her at Liberty Tax. Original: Debbie is fantastic. Somehow she single-handedly runs this operation. She's friendly, courteous, and hard working. Sometimes getting ahold of the office can be a little difficult, but you always know it's because they are working so hard. Thank you!
