I came to get help for taxes 3 days before this date. My procedures were not completed and they gave me an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm. I was here at 1.45. I've been waiting for 45 minutes and no one comes or goes. No one answers the phones. About 5 people are waiting in front of the door and most of them are elderly people.
