Terrible. I went about a year ago to file taxes for myself as well as my dad’s estate who recently passed. I had brought with me a binder full of my personal documents containing my social security card, bank account info, etc. I filed my taxes easy with Lori who then asked at the end if she could keep my binder in case anything came back and needed adjusting. They charge way to much and they go by how much you get back global taxes is WAY BETTER
I have just completed my tax filing for 2025 last minute as usual! I was able to come in later in the day and was very pleasantly impressed with my agent Shawn Lynch “ Senior Income Tax Specialist “ I actually had him last year and was nice to see a familiar face. Shawn was so kind, patient, and professional. He did my son’s for me as well! I will be coming to Shawn for every tax season and I can’t recommend more you should do the same he is the best!!!!!!
