This is worst location for Liberty Tax. It’s 9:10 am but they’re not open yet their post says that they open from 9am to 9pm. Also, the woman who work here she’s extremely rude and high headed! She argues with the customers in front of other customers.
Came in to file taxes from 2021 in 2023… lady did not pay attention to what I said and was not even sure if what she was doing instead she was more worried about trying to make sure her daughter got a referral bonus she said I would get $3300 .. when I call after about a month she said they had to do ever All over again then tried to charge me $471 and said now your getting $8257 … so not only did she not listen but didn’t even do it right….
