I would NOT recommend this office. Natalie was dishonest with us on how the easy pay advance worked. Before we permitted them to process our return; we specifically asked if we were approved for the advance. She confirmed with me (my wife was beside me) that we were approved and would get the funds in 24 hours. She told me once we sign the paperwork we would get $3000 the next day. The next day came and 24 hours later, still no refund amount. She said give it 48 hours. That came and passed and she said give it more time and ... read more
