If it’s one thing, Tanya is going to get you RIGHT! I do not play about my income, but she has been the best advocate and tax preparer I’ve had to date. She was able to amend my previous refunds and receive reimbursement for my previous schooling, that other tax preparers with fancy degrees and acclimations did not! Her customer service and patience are also top-tier. I highly recommend traveling the distance or visiting her if you are local. The location also has parking so don’t worry about it!
Liberty Tax in Uniondale stole my refund and will not refund me my money. I even tried to work it out with the owner, Michael and he chose not to help me. My family and I obviously will not be returning there.
Representative Tonia williams gave quick precise and professional help with my taxes along with excellent advice ..i will return to liberty next year to do my taxes.
