I went in to have an initial consultation to see if Liberty was even the right place for me, to see if my situation was something they dealt with. I made an appointment, but the person who spoke with me was very condescending, making it seem like he didn't have time for me or something. He seemed to brush me off even more when he learned I didn't have my tax returns in hard copy, on my person.
