I used the remote service two years in a raw to file my taxes. It was smooth and efficient. I was pleased with it and I do recommend Liberty Tax and Mouloud Bourbet.
I love the ppl that work here because they are so attentive understanding and very helpful to all their customers one matter which tax agent you are working with they're all very polite and friendly to everyone that walks through their doors! I heard they're moving to another spot by the end of the year, but I'd definitely follow them to wherever they go because that's how much I like them and appreciate them helping me!
Jennifer really took her time to explain everything of all my questions and concerns about what I can and can't file and what I need to have in order to file the taxes I ask about thank you very much Jennifer one more thing she was very patient and very polite of explaining things to me for 3,4 times to make sure understand

She sat down with me and went over my taxes though and clear and saved me a lot of money I recommend liberty tax on 125th and amsterdam Ave to everyone also shes moving to the bx next year so please call and ask for her new location thanks again liberty
