Erik Matulin actually walked me through everything and explained the why behind things, not just punching numbers in. He's definitely the reason I finally understand my taxes and my return lol. He was very patient, knew all his stuff, and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. Never felt rushed at all. Genuinely one of the better customer service experiences I've had in a while. Well not really too sure what's going on with this company but we just got our taxes done -no deductions -no special forms at the cost of over $330 More than 100 more than last year.. we were told "that's what the home office tells us what to charge". Next year we will definitely be looking for somebody else or will do our taxes on a computer,online No thanks..
