Had an appointment on April 13th to get our taxes done. The girl was trying to do ours and work walk-ins I with ours. Left us sitting there 4 hours doing our taxes. We signed off and thought everything was done. After a couple of days, I noticed we hadn't received an email stating they had been accepted by the IRS. Called Liberty Tax back and they said our taxes were not submitted. Lady stated the 1st lady who did our taxes didn't enter the information correctly. This year service and professionalism was terrible.First, I turned in my paperwork weeks ago, I went not once bit twice checking on the status of it. Promises were made to give me a call on it; no one ever called. The second time I went to check the status I found out that the lady who usually does our taxes didn’t even know it was their. Then appointments were made to come to the office twice again, both times, no one ever showed up. Overall I am very disappointed in the service.
