Horrible service. Called ahead to pick up my tax forms and they did not get them ready as they were supposed to and the black lady with the dreads was completely disrespectful. Got smart with me and had an attitude. Don't pick anything up from them if it is time sensitive. They do not care and will make sure they give you attitude.
Erika was amazing! She made sure we really understood our taxes- ***update a month later and our taxes only just were turned into the irs. Called to ask them what was going on Erika said she’d look it over and get back to me at the end of the day I never heard from her. I’ll find somewhere else next year.
If i could give them no stars i would. Very unprofessional. Would steal your money. Would lie straight to your face regardless of all the proof you have. This place is a scam
This place would lie to your face and scam you out of money. Dont go here to do taxes.
