Terrible service. I've been going there for 10 years. And this is the first time in 10 years that I got terrible service. The staff is unknowledgeable dropped the ball several times provided several false expectations of my tax return and also did not even give a discount for all of the inconveniences that we suffered, do not use this place, you are better off using Turbo tax or finding some other way or method of filing your taxes. Terrible service. I have.
I been doing my own taxes for free for the last 15 years, the only reason I came to Liberty Tax was for the refund advance, which was denied AFTER they forced me to file with them. No explanation of why I couldn’t even get a small advance of my own refund when my refund was $11,000. The paperwork they sent me had the advance and repayment and everything on it as if it was guaranteed. Then, they guaranteed that my taxes and advance would be processed in 24-48 hours. Very good experience for 3 years
Horrible service. Called ahead to pick up my tax forms and they did not get them ready as they were supposed to and the black lady with the dreads was completely disrespectful. Got smart with me and had an attitude. Don't pick anything up from them if it is time sensitive. They do not care and will make sure they give you attitude.
Erika was amazing! She made sure we really understood our taxes- ***update a month later and our taxes only just were turned into the irs. Called to ask them what was going on Erika said she’d look it over and get back to me at the end of the day I never heard from her. I’ll find somewhere else next year.
