I paid $259 to get my taxes done there. When it came to city taxes, they didn’t know how to take care of that, when the last3 years they did them for me.They told me to go to RITA for that. I Spent 2 hours there. They had to call their customer service for help. So I spent $259, and still have to do city taxes on top of that. Complete BS. This was the worst I've been treated by them in years. Depends who takes care of you I guess.
It was a delay in filing I feel I should go somewhere else Next year I don’t feel that I got what I was supposed to
