Don't file with them! Very rude and slow. You will not get the maximum refund back because they don't ask all the questions needed. No type of management at this location! Needs to be shut down ASAP! No CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great location with fast and friendly service.
It was sad as a returning customer. Who is also brought a friend that I was referring to use there services. The place didn't have any gift bags they use to give out. Or bottles of water they use to give u. Also had no one to answer the phones. So my tax person had to stop an keep answering the phone. While preparing my tax. Just very unpleasant experience today.
