I've used them for 5 years now. I use the same person, he's great.
This is a horrible branch of this corporation, they are deceiving and misrepresenting people. Going to this branch may cause you to owe the IRS, because of this companies negligence. I would urge people to beware and be careful. Not everyone working there is competent to handle peoples taxes.
