Shari had me sign multiple documents on a pad while the screen 📺 was facing her. When I received my return it was over 300 dollars short !!! What I was actually signing was a bunch of nonsense fees which authorized them to charge me for all types of made up fees including the regular fee for tax preparation. Won’t recommend them to anyone and I reported this horrible experience with the BBB and Libery tax didn’t respond to my complaint
Excellent! They charge appropriately...I was very satisfied with their service... I'm here to stay...you have to be careful of scammers that try & give them a bad name as they very well may want their job... Thanks Shari, for having integrity, see you in a Few of Months
It was a smooth and fast process. All my questions were answered. They were very experienced and knowledgeable with all the new tax laws. I'll be back next year.
