I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars because I would. Walking into Liberty right off the bat the ladies were both super unprofessional. For some reason we decided to do our taxes with them and paid around $300 this was in February. A couple weeks later we got our state taxes in our bank account. We waited almost two months because of COVID as we thought maybe they were backed up to recover our federal. Do not go to these people we went Monday on the 21 waited 4 hours for them to finish the paperwork their computers went down over and over. They took 2 days to submit our return to the IRS and that’s after my wife had to basically walk the preparer through the paperwork. We ended up paying 500 dollars, for something she basically did herself. Stay away from them.

I will not refer this place to any one. It seems the old owner sale the place n someone else have it now,this place have fell part,the ppl are really unprofessional, they are rude,they dont do they job the right way,my refund have been paid since the beginning of the month I have confirm my information bc they said they cant not print my check which is the first time that I hear this,all the last year they have pay me my check but this year have to be mailed,i have my wife coming to them to get my personal paper work n they ... read more
