We scheduled an appointment with Liberty Tax on February 21, 2026, to prepare and file our 2025 tax return. Our assigned representative was Sondra. Throughout March 2026, we made numerous attempts to follow up and finalize our tax documents, including emails, text messages, phone calls, and other communications.
