Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They are liars and you will definitely be audited for fraud. **** does not know what she is doing but personal experience I was recommended to Liberty Tax Service. I was told the taxes was completed and submitted that was a complete lie, I'm waiting, waiting, in constant communication, almost 30 days later nothing. I asked for paper work, she had every excuse under the sun. Went to file with them and because of them messing up and typing in the wrong thing it cost us and when called out they told us to bad so sad. I don't think this is good business. We will not be referring them.

Without my knowledge I was charge $900 that my tax preparer I never received a receipt no one ever told me I was gonna be charge $900 it was just removed out of my refund without me my authorization. When I called to question the charge I was told they will see what they can do about giving me a receipt. I was also told that’s the way they stay in business that’s exactly what they said to me.
